Hello everyone, in this review, we’re introducing the Rolex Daytona ‘Grey Rubber’ 4130 movement replica watch from Clean Factory. This new model, officially known as 116519, is Clean Factory’s latest addition. The original version uses an 18k white gold case, making it slightly more expensive than the Panda Daytona or the stainless steel version, due to the high cost of the materials. Clean Factory has acquired the genuine product for replicating this model. Although they couldn’t use white gold for the material, they’ve employed 904L stainless steel with fine polishing, ensuring that the watch doesn’t look fake when worn. This model has been a long-awaited release by Clean Factory, and its introduction is a significant benefit for fans of this watch.
In terms of craftsmanship, the case and bezel of this Clean Factory grey rubber Daytona are meticulously made. The ceramic bezel is particularly well-crafted, and it’s widely acknowledged that Clean Factory does an excellent job with these components. There is virtually no significant difference when compared to the original, with a 40mm diameter perfectly replicating the original. The back of the case features a dog head logo for precious metals and an AU750 engraving, both very clear and deeply etched, clearer than other market versions. The side crown logo’s three small dots are also very prominent, with the two smaller dots flanking a larger central dot, very much in line with the original design.
The watch features a grey dial, with the sunburst pattern exquisitely executed, and the brushed finish is refined. The three small black dials and the outer edges are made with CD patterns, fully in line with the original design. The hour markers have been upgraded, flat on the surface, with luminous hour markers looking very neat overall. The side of the watch features a screw-in waterproof crown, with two buttons on either side to control the chronograph hands, easily operational once unscrewed. The combination of polished and brushed finishes on the watch allows for an accurate representation of the original’s appearance.
The movement plays a crucial role in determining the overall quality of a replica watch. Without significant capability, it’s impossible to replicate certain movements. The 4130 movement is rare in the market, with many replicas featuring the 7750 movement instead. The charm of the 4130 movement lies in its synchrony with the original in terms of function, while also excelling in the stability of the movement. Repair issues with this watch are minimal.
