The first step is to select the ceramic powder, then make the mold and compact; then the precision processing such as firing the ceramic bezel. The most difficult part is the formula preparation and firing process. In the ceramic firing process, red is the most difficult color to fire. The temperature of red in ancient glazes must be controlled within a 10-degree error (basic 1300 degrees). If the temperature is a few degrees higher, the color will be wrong, and if the temperature is a few degrees lower, the color will be wrong. It will turn black, and it is even more difficult to bake such a gorgeous blue in a circle!
An innovative coloring process is added to the standard red word circle, so that half of the red ceramic word circle can turn blue. To form this color, the part of the circle that represents night time (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.) must be immersed in a specific amount of compound solution.
Once the solution is added, the ceramic is sintered at more than 1,600 degrees Celsius, where it becomes strong and the desired color is obtained. During this firing process, the ceramic becomes denser and the added compounds react with the basic elements of the red circle to create the final azure hue. The color of the red part of the fired ceramic outer bezel is super positive, and the red and blue colors are clearly defined.
Finally, the fired ceramic bezel must be filled with a thin layer of platinum using modern laser engraving technology and PVD coating technology and then polished. Only then will a qualified red and blue ceramic bezel appear in front of you. It can be said that this ceramic bezel is The most proud craftsmanship of the CLEAN factory.
