Clean Factory use a Swiss made Sapphire that is the second-hardest transparent substance after diamond. LASER-ETCHED CROWN
Clean Factory's latest Rolex clone watches incorporate a subtle, almost invisible laser-etched crown at the 6 o'clock position on the crystal. The crystal's curved design is crafted by grinding both its lower and upper surfaces. Once the edges are smoothed, ensuring a snug fit with the casing, the sapphire crystal undergoes a chemical polishing process on both of its sides. Subsequently, the crystal is moved to a sterile environment, or a "clean room." Here, it's subjected to a furnace treatment where an anti-reflective coating is applied using an intricate vacuum-evaporation technique.
